sick kids + snow days = no playing out side :(

a little over a week ago maycee had goupie eye and a sore thorat we treated the eye and than like 5 days latter max started not feeling well and maycee still wasnt ok so we went to the dr again and they said it was a virus and than the next day max woke up witha rash and we went back and finally they treat the kids for strep throat and so max missed 1st part of the week bc of being sick and than it snowed wich they didnt get to play in bc they were sick wich was a bummer and then today he woke up from a nap with yet another rash but different and it was a reaction to the meds poor guy and gal they have had a heck of a few weeks. so ive tried when they have had energy to do fun things with them so are a few pics of things we have done since they were sick we made home made suckers and today i caught them pushing each other around in maxs dump truck! it was pretty cute ! i hate hate hate when my kids aresick its worst as a momma knowing that your trying to help and nothing is working but i do get to set and snuggle all day and nobody can say anything bc thats what moms do best!
ps max has bathed and change clothes between these two sets of pics he is wearing the same clothes but days apart lol

muffin tin monday

months ago i saw a blog where they have muffin tin Monday where everything they eat out of muffin tins for lunch so i did it for awhile but i couldn't find like just six muffin tins all i had was 12 so it didn't quite work so i finally found some at the dollar tree so i started it up this week my kids where so excited to do it again and they ate so well to which is always a bonus!

maycee maycee

I have to write this down so that someday when im old and cant rember things i can rember this it was so funny and cute yesterday we went to the mall has family and ha we were driving away scott said maycee do you want to work and macys someday and she said noooo daddd like he was totally crazy and than she turns to max says max do you want to work at tj max someday scott and i looked at each other like oh my gosh we couldnt believe that she could associte that together she is a genuis lol

my atempts o being crafty

so i have been trying new things and i had this thought come to me the other day for my entry way i would have each of us do our had prints and then i would frame them and but on the table under our name in the sand it turned out really cute.

ps we painted the table bc it was given to us and we liked it alot but didnt go with the other colors of our house

2010

2010 was a great year with so many blessings and suprises.


i had gallblader sugery it was a great belessing bc i havent felt so good in a long time which makes for a happier mommy!
we moved out of my moms to our own house
we went to hawaii
my husband quit his job
he got a new one and better one
he is a happy daddy again
we are expecting our 3rd baby very quickley * not bc of our hawaii trip*

mayce woke up one day said she was done with diapers and potty trained herself in a day whewww what a belessing for me lol
max is so indepednt and such a big help which makes me sad alittle but oh so happy to
going to be a aunt again my baby bother is going to be a daddy im excited to be that cool aunt thats awesome and fun
the stuff with my dad and his accident is finally over which i thought would be so sad but turned out to be a blessing in so many ways and has given me alot of closer and found the strength i had lost! so in short i believe that hevenly father knows what we need and even when we dont and if we have patiance and believe that hevenly father he will take care of us even when it looks all is lost and hold to that faith all will be ok. i pray that i will take 2011 with the same kind of hope and faith i have found in 2010 and take 2011 the good and the bad the with my new found faith it will be great year !

christmas in a nutshell

we had a great holiday whith lots of family and fun the day before christmas eve we went to missouri to be with grandma suzanne and scotts brother and family and we went to the mall and played at the bounce place and spent time as a family and then had our christmas eve celebratin scott had to work so he got there before our christmas eve party it still was a nice time and maycee cracked me up every time maycee handed a present she would jump and scream in excitement before she even open it it was super cute and grandpa mike got max the best presnt a marshmellow gun even the grownup boys like to shoot it. then we drove home on christmas eve and for the 1st time since scott and i have gotten married we woke up in our own house and had our own christmas morining it was so nice to just be us and play with all there new stuff for a little while before the christmas festvities started and than we went to my moms house and had homemade cimmion rolls and open gifts and had people stroling in and out of her house all day it was a nice day.
